Your potted plants deserve the best. Their roots can’t seek out nutrition in the ground, so you have to bring it to them. That’s why Happy Frog® Potting Soil is amended with soil microbes that can help improve root efficiency and encourage nutrient uptake.
Between the earthworm castings, bat guano, and aged forest products, your container plants have never felt so good.
Garden tip: Happy Frog® Potting Soil is designed for container planting. Royal Gold’s Tupur (pronounced TOO-per) was designed with the idea of feeding your plant as much and often as possible. Though not your typical 70/30 coco perlite blend, it is a blank slate to create your own high-performance feeding regimen. As a coco fiber-based soilless medium, it requires high levels of calcium and magnesium to unlock its true potential. With an astounding balance of oxygen and water-holding capacities, Tupur can be watered up to 1-6 times a day! This makes it ideal for automated watering systems, especially drip (drain to waste or recirculating), Ebb, and Flow.
Even deep-water culture and aquaponics thrive in this unique and versatile blend. Yet it still excels in hand-watered container gardens, with organic OR conventional feeding programs. This versatility has been key in Tupur quickly becoming a household name for cultivation experts and enthusiasts from coast to coast. Packaged in 1.76 cubic foot bags yet priced to compete with 1.5 cubic foot bagged products, Tupur can give you that extra bang for your buck, in many ways! Are you getting Tupur?

Washed, rinsed, hydro grade coco with perlite. 70-30 is a soilless high porosity mix that allows the gardener to control the total nutrient application. It can be used in conventional or hydroponic style gardens and in containers of all types. Open bag and loosely fill your container of choice. Plant directly into Royal Gold 70-30, cover gently, and water in with a complete nutrient solution.
Irrigation amount and frequency will depend on plant size, container size, and environmental conditions. Avoid over watering. Use your favorite hydroponic or organic fertilizer at the suggested application rate. Decrease the fertilizer rate by ⅓ to ½ if there is no runoff.
Royal Gold Coco Fiber is your choice for premium, clean, quality, and consistent coconut fiber growing medium. Our loose coco is ready to use straight out of the bag as a standalone medium, soil conditioner or a base for your own personal creation. Royal Gold imports the finest coco available and takes extreme care in meticulously rinsing and buffering all our Coco fiber at our own facility. Each batch is analyzed for nutrient and salt content by an independent lab. This gives far greater quality control and consistency to our product.
NOTE* Royal Gold Loose Coco Fiber contains a light Calcium charge because of our buffering process and will generally show ppm readings in the range of 700-900 ppm. This is a result of our calcium buffer, not excess levels of sodium chloride! Ppm readings indicate only how many parts per million of dissolved solids are present in your liquid (runoff, fertilizer, etc.) and do not distinguish between NaCl (Sodium Chloride) and other nutrients. (We encourage everyone to ask; What’s in your ppm?) *
For Indoor, Greenhouse, & Outdoor Use. This product is washed, rinsed, and hydro-grade for hydroponics, soil, and soilless gardening. Made for containers, pots, and beds.
INGREDIENTS: Coco Fiber.
Flood and Drain: Monitor pH of nutrient solution. Water as needed depending on the size of the plant, size of the container, and environment. Drip or Run to Waste: Always allow sufficient runoff. If little or no runoff occurs, decrease nutrient formula by ⅓ to ½. Amend soil at 1:1 ratio. Feed with full strength fertilizer of your choice. Always add calcium or use a coco specific nutrient formula. Start your plants off with a wet to dry schedule. After plants are established, feeding can increase. Root bound pots can be watered from 1 to 6 times a day depending on their size.
